Many of you, My children, are conflicted--as though being caught between two simultaneous but incompatible feelings. This is because there is winding down from the past season and a gearing up for the next. You are in transition. What is passing isn't over yet and what is coming isn't here yet. This is a time when you have to be patient and allow My grace to sustain you, says the Lord. This too will pass.
2 Corinthians 12:9a And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness."
Beloved, I want you to begin to recognize and discern when you are getting off track. The first sign will be that every effort is blocked as though a door has been shut. When this happens, stop and ask for wisdom and then wait for My leading. Do not proceed until you are assured that I am guiding you and directing your steps. Get in the flow of My Spirit, says the Lord.
Proverbs 3:6
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Battle through and you will get the victory. You have everything you need.

There is lots of provision coming for you but you have to take steps to get it.

Focus
by Denise Poston

This is a season to accelerate the shifting of our focus to Christ and
Him alone. The reason for the fragmentation, alienation, and lack of
cohesiveness is the many divergent focal points. The many visions and
emphases.

As the gaze of all becomes locked upon Jesus Christ then the other
things will properly align. There will be things that are to fall away
useless and forgotten because they never were of Him. Other things
will line up and fit into the beautiful mosaic that is the image and
fullness of Him who fills all in all. (Jesus Christ) They will no longer be
points of contention, competition nor alienation of others. All of that will
become lost in our single focus and vision.

Suddenly "the Church" will be vast beyond the largest mega church
and the effect of the unifying currently incomprehensible.

I saw this the other day. A small and incomplete picture of where we are
headed and need to be:

First there was what looked a lot like a little girl on roller skates. I knew
she wasn't actually a little girl. However she was small and child like,
carefree in demeanor. Then she was confronted by a bus. It was
extremely large, super size. And it looked like they would collide, and of
course the girl would be crushed.

But instead, at the last moment, the girl both outmaneuvered and vastly
out paced the huge bus.

The model of a ministry neatly containing and carrying people and
gifting , all dependent on said ministry to function and operate, are over.
Strategically there must be a shift to relationally connected yet free
moving ministries and functions. If the big bus gets demolished or
stalled then everything in it will be stopped as well. In the days coming
this would be a mistake, having these contained ministries in the city of
God.

The needed model is free exchange and movement within the city, and
closer knit families of people connected by relationship. But also free to
relate and function "outside the bus" so to speak. This would unleash
untold provision as well as greater safety and ability to function for all.

For the enemy to try and stop or destroy this type of ministry might be a
little like trying to go after a militia who operate in cells. They might hit
one small part but there are others all over the place who continue on
in safety with the same vision and focus. Destroying and stopping the
"big bus" however, would be rather easy. One fell swoop.

In order for this sort of thing to actually work there must be one
common vision and focus. And that would be Christ and Christ alone.

The Gate of Heaven

September 11, 2014

In the book of Genesis there is a story that we refer to as "Jacob's ladder". Jacob had a dream which was not just an average dream, but it was a prophetic dream in which God encountered him and spoke to him. In this dream/encounter the Lord showed Jacob a ladder going up into heaven with angels ascending and descending upon it. He also gave him a prophetic promise. When Jacob awoke he said, "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it." In reverential fear of God he said; "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!"

There is an invisible gate separating the natural realm from the supernatural realm. Gates are used metaphorically throughout the Word of God. They speak of entrances, access points, passages, or portals to transition from one place to another. They are also used figuratively as an invitation or opportunity.

The Lord is showing me that He is releasing spiritual encounters as well as speaking in dreams and visions to those who will recognize it. He is visiting men and woman as He did with the sons of Issachar who knew the times and seasons. Some will have angelic encounters and many will have holy visitations. He will visit the Ishmael's as well as the Isaac's and bring great transformation into their lives. He will equip them and they will lead the multitudes to salvation.

He will visit those who trust Him, and He will place His coat of many colors on many. They will not only have dreams, but they will receive the interpretation for themselves as well as others. He is placing a mantle of miracles on many who will be used in miracles, signs and wonders. There will be those who will be sensitive to His voice, and some will teach others to understand the Spirit realm. There will be those who will perceive the angelic and discern the spiritual atmosphere.

The Holy Spirit is seeking those who will stay strong through difficult times, as He is about to open the curtains of heaven and reveal His glory. Do not fear being deceived, because those who are truly His sheep will know His voice, and the voice of a stranger they will not follow. As you stay connected to Jesus, you will be able to recognize the true from the false. You will know the difference between the holy and profane, and discern between the unclean and the clean. These days are upon us. Receive all that the Lord has for you in this time and season.

Genesis 28:10-17
Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep. Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: "I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you."

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, "Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it." And he was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!"

1 Chronicles 12:32 The sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command.

The Calf and the Eagle

September 18, 2014

While driving down the highway that runs along a ranch, I turned to look at the cows and saw a most unusual sight. Lying in the grass was one of this year’s young calves. Perched atop the calf was a massive golden eagle. Its presence signaled to me that the calf was dead, which is strange for this time of year when the elements are pleasant and non-threatening. Instead of eating the calf, the eagle was gazing at its surroundings with a bearing of magnificent power.

The Lord said, “The anointing to move in the flow of My Spirit during this new season will come when you offer up the flesh. I am not only speaking of that which you consider sinful, but also of that which you consider to be good. There are things in your life that are promising indeed, but you must surrender them to Me, if you want to receive a new level of spiritual empowerment. I will honor your sacrifice of love and come to you in ways that are both glorious and surprising. You will not have to guess about that which I am asking you to offer up. I will cause you to know. The choice is yours.”

2 Samuel 23:15-17 And David said with longing, “Oh, that someone would give me a drink of the water from the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!” So the three mighty men broke through the camp of the Philistines, drew water from the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate, and took it and brought it to David. Nevertheless he would not drink it, but poured it out to the Lord. And he said, “Far be it from me, O Lord, that I should do this! Is this not the blood of the men who went in jeopardy of their lives?” Therefore he would not drink it.

Matthew 24:28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
