Jewels from Judy: Do You Want More of Me? Judy A Bauman An Exhortation from the Father: Do you want more of Me “Beloved, do not settle for a false finish line. Settle only for My direction and pace. When I lead you into a place of pain, where your fleshly ways are to submit to My will, know that must be worked out of you for you to walk in the fullness of My power and authority. Do not look to the approval man gives, or it will distract you from My path. My path is narrow and few find it.1 “Too many are more concerned about what man is saying instead of what I Am says. Do you really want more of Me? Am I really your passion? Then throw off all that hinders you! Run the race set before you and give Me the shackles that are keeping you from finishing in My fullness and My grace.2 Look at Me! Look at My love for you. It will never fail you. My love will sustain you for the race.” Your Abba 1 Matthew 7:13-14 2 John 8:31-32; Romans 6:1-23; 1 Corinthians 9:24-27; Hebrews 12:1-3 ~ www.thefathersloveim.org |

Increase Equals Increase By Kim Potter Earlier I wrote about the difference between hope and faith. Today, I want to go a little deeper into that vein of thought. A few nights ago God reminded me of something he had said to me through a prophetic word over 15 years ago. At the time I received that word, I thought it was the oddest word. I thought it made no sense, however, that same word has been a principle God has used in my life over and over again. The word was… ‘God is taking you into a place of intimacy with Him. God has great things for you but you can’t receive them until you increase your capacity to receive. In these intimate times with God you will increase your capacity to receive all God has for you.’ I have written about this before, but it bears repeating. The truth is when our faith is increased, enlargement comes. How much we receive is entirely up to us. So, I find myself in another season where God was saying ‘you need to increase your capacity to receive.’ These days when he says that to me I become excited because I have seen this principle work over and over in my life. I know if he is saying ‘increase your faith to receive’ that it is because he has something for me that is bigger than I can imagine. And if I can’t imagine it, I can’t receive it. Increase must come in my faith and in my thought life. I firmly believe we are in a season where God has great things for us – many of us will receive them – we will heed this word and get about the business of increasing our faith – which will enable us to receive ALL God has for us. Sadly, some will not, some will read this word and think ‘yea, I have heard this before.’ They will change nothing and they will receive nothing – DO NOT BE ONE OF THOSE. God can only give me what I have the capacity to receive. Remember the widow woman? In 2 Kings 4:2-6; “So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.” Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors–empty vessels; do not gather just a few. And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones.” So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured it out. Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” And he said to her, “There is not another vessel.” So the oil ceased.” The oil only ceased when she had no more containers to hold it – if she had gathered a hundred more containers, increasing her capacity to receive, the oil would have continued to flow. It is the same with us. Our faith receives and produces what it has the capacity to receive. When our faith is increased, we are increased. You may be asking, how do I increase my faith? I can show you in the word of God. Let’s look at Romans 4:16-21; “Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed–God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.” This is an awesome set of scriptures and shows us exactly how to increase our faith. First, we see how God works; He calls those things which do not exist as though they do. We have to declare and decree what the word of God says in the midst of impossibilities. We can’t look at how it currently is, we must call those things that be not as though they ALREADY are. Secondly, Abraham hoped against hope – he believed when there was no reason, at least not one he could see, to believe. His faith was grounded in the promise of God alone. Third, he did not consider his own body or Sarah’s body. They were well past child-bearing age, but Abraham refused to consider that, he refused to think about it, he refused to let it move him. He stood firm on God’s promise. We have to refuse to consider anything but the word of God. We too, must refuse to let anything move us off his promises. Fourth, he allowed no unbelief. He refused doubt and unbelief. Fifth, he was strengthened in faith. This word ‘strengthened’ means he increased in faith and continued increasing. One translation says ‘he increased in faith by giving glory to God.’ I heard Keith Moore say that a heart of thanksgiving increases your capacity to receive. If we complain and talk negatively about the promises of God, we are wavering and we will not receive from the Lord. However, if we cultivate a heart of thanksgiving in the midst of our stand of faith, if we continue to give God glory in the midst of the waiting for the manifestation of the promise of God, our faith increases. Isn’t that awesome! Finally, Abraham was fully convinced that God would do what he said he would do. That is how we increase our faith. Does God have something so big for you that you don’t have the faith to receive it? Do you feel it stirring on the inside of you? If so, begin today strengthening your faith and enlarging your capacity to receive. If you do that, when your capacity to receive is in line with his promise, the manifestation will come. He cannot deny himself or his word. Our job is to increase our capacity to receive, his job is to manifest the promise. And he is not a man that he should lie – increase produces increase. Praise God! |

![]() To cross over, abide in Me. It’s a new beginning. Yes. Valiant, the angels go with you. [Praying about the land on the other side] The View from the Mountain Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above. Colossians 3:1 Read: Philippians 4:8-13 | Bible in a Year: Numbers 1–3; Mark 3 David Roper’s valley in Idaho can be very cold in the winter. Clouds and fog roll in and blanket the ground, trapping frigid air under warmer layers above. But you can get above the valley. There’s a road nearby that winds up the flank of Shafer Butte, a 7,500-foot mountain that rises out of the valley. A few minutes of driving and you break out of the fog and emerge into the warmth and brilliance of a sunlit day. You can look down on the clouds that shroud the valley below and see it from a different point of view. Life is like that at times. Circumstances seem to surround us with a fog that sunlight cannot penetrate. Yet faith is the way we get above the valley—the means by which we “set [our] hearts on things above” (Col. 3:1). As we do, the Lord enables us to rise above our circumstances and find courage and calmness for the day. As the apostle Paul wrote, “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances” (Phil. 4:11). We can climb out of our misery and gloom. We can sit for a time on the mountainside and through Christ who gives us strength (v. 13) we can gain a different perspective. Although I can’t always see You or what You’re doing, Lord, I rest in Your love for me. Faith can lift you above your fears. INSIGHT: Paul begins this section of his letter to the church at Philippi with the Greek word loipon(finally), signaling that this is his conclusion to the subject he’s been dealing with. In previous verses the apostle has been urging his readers to live lives that are free from anxiety and quarreling. Their interactions with one another are to be marked by prayer, thankfulness, gentleness, unity, and peace. But his final word in this section goes beyond outward behavior. It deals with attitudes of the heart and mind. Ponder heavenly things, he tells them. Think well and deeply about things that are noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. |

MY DEARLY BELOVED CHAMPION WARRIOR: When things seem to no longer work or properly meet your needs, you will have to make some adjustments. This is a time when you are being re-positioned so that you can maximize the benefits of the new season. Don't panic when changes are inevitable. It will be much the same as your eyes having to adjust from darkness to light--they get used to it-- and you will begin to see clearly again, says the Lord. 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one’s praise will come from God. ![]() "Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, 'May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart." - Mark 11:22-23 Many have mountains before them that are labelled impossibility. They are screaming loudly all their impossibilities. They are standing tall, they are intimidating. I sensed the word "pursue" heavily on my heart. No matter how things look right now, no matter what things are screaming at you DO NOT STOP PURSUING HIM! Do not let the enemy put your eyes to circumstances and what the "natural" looks like, but continue to PURSUE HIM and declare His Word. The opposition has increased so dramatically for some coming into March because of the amazing things the Lord is going to release in this month, but now is not the time to sit back and "wait for it to blow over". Now is the time to be proactive. Do NOT give up! Keep moving forward! Keep proclaiming the words that HE HAS GIVEN YOU! Not what man says, not what circumstances say, what THE LORD says. Mountains are going to move. HUGE mountains. Mountains that look so impossible but out of these mountains moving ministries are going to be birthed, salvations will increase and the Kingdom will be seen to move and extend at rapid pace. Have faith IN GOD and watch what He will do as you move according to His Word, as you SPEAK FORTH His Word and FIGHT! Do NOT give up! I also sensed many have felt like there are whispers of doubt and fear on every side. Foreboding, fearful taunts continually around. Look at the very area that the "taunts" are attacking, because for many, this will be the very area the Lord is about to give you victory and breakthrough over. THE VERY AREA the Lord is going to release you into, stepping into greater authority. He has given you ALL authority, but there is a growing INTO this authority that is happening right now. Take UP your swords people of God! PURSUE HIM! Do NOT STOP pursuing Him! This is a VITALLY CRUCIAL moment for many. Press through UNTIL YOU SEE BREAKTHROUGH! |

The Voice of Faith Though the fig tree does not bud . . . yet I will rejoice in the Lord. Habakkuk 3:17-18 Read: Habakkuk 3:16-19 | Bible in a Year: Leviticus 25; Mark 1:23-45 The news was numbing. The tears came so quickly that she couldn’t fight them. Her mind raced with questions, and fear threatened to overwhelm her. Life had been going along so well, when it was abruptly interrupted and forever changed without warning. Tragedy can come in many forms—the loss of a loved one, an illness, the loss of wealth or our livelihood. And it can happen to anyone at any time. Although the prophet Habakkuk knew that tragedy was coming, it still struck fear in his heart. As he waited for the day when Babylon would invade the kingdom of Judah, his heart pounded, his lips quivered, and his legs trembled (Hab. 3:16). Fear is a legitimate emotion in the face of tragedy, but it doesn’t have to immobilize us. When we don’t understand the trials we are going through, we can recount how God has worked in history (vv. 3-15). That’s what Habakkuk did. It didn’t dispel his fear, but it gave him the courage to move on by choosing to praise the Lord (v. 18). Our God who has proven Himself faithful throughout the years is always with us. Because His character doesn’t change, in our fear we can say with a confident voice of faith, “The Sovereign Lord is my strength!” (v. 19). Dear Lord, when my world is turned upside down, help me to trust You. You have always been faithful to me. We can learn the lesson of trust in the school of trial. INSIGHT: Habakkuk’s prayer in chapter three is the prophet’s response to a conversation he has been having with the Lord about justice—for Israel and the surrounding nations. After God responds to Habakkuk’s two complaints, the prophet launches into this song of praise for God’s righteous deeds and character. Habakkuk rehearses the great deeds of the Lord in protecting His people (vv. 1–15), but he also admits his fear when he sees the demonstration of God’s power and judgment (v. 16). But his fear does not control him, because God is his hope and strength (vv. 16–19). |
