For people on a healing path, the concept of a Pleasure food category might be premature. I encourage them to refrane how they think about feeling deprived of their favorite goodies and realize that as a part of their healing, they are no longer eating. Instead, they just happen to be taking very tasty daily medicine for a brief period of time to assess its value. Consider it an "experiment." Sometimes, I'll ask a client on a healing regime who is having cravings for unhealthy foods, if they feel "deprived." If they answer yes, I will ask them, "what's the bigger deprival?" The bigger deprival is not satisfying your sweet tooth for 7 minutes, but life, itself. ............![]() Alkaline Water - Good news Good news = water & lime! E-Z

i think I'll................juice.....apple, lemon, ginger, parsley, aloe vera, celery..... i still want coffee me too! But i'm stickin to cleansing, fasting & feeling better! i lost 2 pounds yesterday and I am feeling better.......

This comes out of macrobiotics! As for me, I'm blending herbs/raw veggies, macrobiotics (whole grains, etc.], juicing, blending smoothies; and this time around - stopping all wrongs, and not eating after 3p.m. to let the body heal while sleeping! it's working! Getting my life back. Coming out of the paperbag of ill health! Oh, yes, afraid of eating meat, fish poultry. (maybe a little from time to time.) My weight is coming down (finally) and I feel better/can do more and more! So, how can I be that wrong??? Hoping this helps!!
