Isaiah 2:10-11 King James Version (KJV)
10 Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
11 The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

Isaiah 2:10-11 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

10 Enter the rock and hide in the dust
From the terror of the LORD and from the splendor of His majesty.
11 The proud look of man will be abased
And the loftiness of man will be humbled,
And the LORD alone will be exalted in that day.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

10 We often times want to run from the Lord when we sin rather then humbly run to Him. We can’t ever hide from the Lord no matter where it is we run and we can never run so far that He doesn’t hope we come back to the foot of the cross.

11 The Lord will bring down the prideful if they refuse to in this life then they will be humbled by judgment. The Lord alone is worthy of being lifted up. Pride is often times what sends people to hell, we cant serve the Lord with a prideful heart because we have to uplift Him and not uplift ourselves.
